Second: Sorry to hear that you also have experience in a subject that nobody would like :(
Third: It's just a "meme" thing. As for my case: my friend asked me to keep his/her case on a need to know basis until he/she finished therapy. And even now I'm protecting his/her identity.
To me, this doesn't read like "Hey I don't normally care about it but I post this now"... and I certainly didn't mean it like that. I offered my friend help and support back then (he/she took the moral support)
